A new study by Senior Director, Policy & Economics Julia Thornton Snider, PhD, was recently published in the medical journal Vaccine. In the study, Snider and colleagues investigated the effects of Universal Purchase (UP) programs in US states and found that they have been ineffective at raising vaccine uptake.
