Los Angeles, May 17, 2016 — Precision Health Economics (PHE), a global leader in health economic research, policy, and analytics, announced today that Peter Neumann, ScD has joined PHE in the role of principal scientific advisor.
Neumann is an internationally recognized thought leader and innovator in the field of health economics and outcomes research, and one of the nation’s foremost experts in the use of cost-effectiveness research in healthcare decision making. He is the founder and director of the Center for the Evaluation of Value and Risk in Health (CEVR) at the Institute for Clinical Research and Health Policy Studies at Tufts Medical Center. He is a past president of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) and has authored more than 200 papers in the medical literature.
